Returns and Complaints -

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer.
Complaints are due within 14 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with other, defect-free goods. If this is no longer possible due to stock running out or only one copy of a given model, the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price or offer them other goods available in the store to choose from. This is a matter of individual agreement between the buyer and the seller.

The returned Product should be clean and with tags attached, and packed in a way that ensures no damage to the shipment during transport.
The store guarantees a full refund of the price of the goods paid by the customer and the cost of shipping (the lowest possible when choosing the shipping option) to the customer in the event of exchanging the goods for another or similar ones available in the store.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the purchased goods.
